A Wellness Coach has but one interest in mind:

...to support you in moving towards a balanced life-style that supports your mental and physical goals towards wellness, peace, joy, and freedom.  There are many people who love working with a personal trainer and nutritionist several times a week to keep on track with their health and wellness goals.  Others hire a wellness coach to support their goals and help meet their needs with added flexibility, financial ease, and one-on-one coaching, covering an array of topics and areas in life.  Working with a wellness coach provides the consistent professional support and expertise while maintaining freedom and flexibility to fulfill your health and wellness goals at your own pace and on your own schedule.

Health and wellness coaching is available through a number of means, from telephone to email, skype, and/or meeting in-person.  Wellness coaches strive to be accommodating, convenient and flexible, all while maintaining effectiveness.
 

Coaching provides an incredible positive connection, educational expertise, and a supportive relationship.  Coaching is client-centered, acknowledging that all the 'answers' are already within the client.  Having a coach walk side-by-side helps bring clarity, opens perspective, broadens opportunity, assists in hurdling challenges, and highlights brilliance and strengths.  This connection empowers individuals to truly recognize and draw upon his/her own innate ability to really experience changes and permanent transformation in their lives.

Client and Coach will together set short and long-term goals, create reasonable action plans, reflect and observe progress, and develop strategies to tap into one's individual strengths.
