Through proper alignment and postural analysis, individuals learn how to move in a way that encourages safe and pain-free activity for life-long joy and freedom in movement.  Empowering Fitness offers full fitness assessments, including health and exercise history, lifestyle, goals, joint range of motion, movement observations, body composition, cardiovascular efficiency, core function and strength, and nutrition.  Programs are designed specifically for each client’s individual needs, based on assessment (strength gain, weight loss, balance and stability, flexibility, performance, speed, agility etc).  Whether you are a busy working parent, an athlete in training, a senior, or simply a coach potato, perhaps it feels like it is time to incorporate movement and nutrition into your lifestyle. Typical results consist of breaking limits, surpassing milestones, and gaining mental and physical strength.
